Boris’s mommy went meat shopping last night since she had coupons expiring. At Shaws she found a BIG meat/marrow bone with a $1 off manager peelie on it. Paired with a $1 off meat manufacturer coupon she paid 1.53 for the biggest bone we’ve ever seen. Its as big around as a large man’s wrist. Seriously. Perfect for appeasing a cooped up pup since its raining.
Well not really. And all of you idiots who are leaving comments that are so generic I can’t believe they are translated from your native language properly, don’t bother. We do use Akismet and so if you’re writing generic garbage and linking to a site thats different than your e-mail (I can see both) its not getting out of the SPAM box. I’m not here to help your search engine rankings or PR. Sorry.
So last week I bought a chair on clearance at Target. Boris decided it was for him and climbed right in. So when we found a second on clearance we bought it for him. I mean how often can you find a 90lb dog bed for $10? Unfortunately I didn’t have a coupon I could use for either. But hey, they were $40 originally.

If you donated a dollar and bought one of our bags of dog biscuits at the walk, Boris and I would like to thank you on behalf of the troops. We donated 100% of our sales to the troops. Not 100% of our profit, but the sales. You spent a dollar they got the WHOLE dollar. Proud to support our troops? You bet we are!
If you’d like to buy some more, or try something different please use the contact us page. Our storefront changed and we are looking for another alternative to spending oodles in fees to keep it.
We’d also like to take this time to remind Mark that Cripsy Kritter still loves him and he could have had to kiss a goat.
Since Boris is known to have a sensitive stomach we waited til Saturday night to try out his sample pack. Better safe than sorry.
We opened the adorable Proportions sample pack. And took out the first bundle (how cute).

First the kibble. Rather small, but he’s not a big fan of the huge chunks in the large dog kibble so not an issue.

Next the stew. Smelled yummy. Not as orange as I thought it would be but the quality is clear.

Last the sprinkles. Very cute and not a bad combination of things. Kind of looks like something you’d find in one of those bean soup mixes in a bag.

And the final test: will he eat it? The answer is of course, with gusto. Then continue to try to lick the chrome off his bowl for several minutes and every time he walked by it for the rest of the night. Needless to say we’ll be looking into budgeting for these. We would like Boris to live to be as old as Cherokee was when he left us. Thankfully our sample came with a coupon for 25% off the first month.

This offer expires September 19th, 2010. While they may offer a free sample after that, the standard is a $5 sample pack. Which comes with a % off coupon.
185 pages of WP themes later…
…found the theme we had before the mean evil hosting company took down the site and the evil anti-virus scrambled my backup downloads…too bad the content is still pretty much fubar and missing.
Guess we’ll just have to start over again and live and learn. Blogs been sitting here too long with nothing doing. Time to get our tails in gear!
Boris now has his theme song feel free to sing along…

So my last host screwed me over and I lost all my backups. Well between them and stupid CA anti-virus screwing up the backups I had downloaded. Two years of work for nothing. I am working on finding a way to get it back, at least the older stuff still on B4L. Every time I think of it I want to cry or smash something.
I am working on getting everything back up though. I hate to lose the outlet. And Bo misses posting.
